Delivery. Shipping

  • When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. 
  • For UK and International orders we use Royal Mail
  • Your tracking number is sent to the email address provided for the delivery address once the order has been dispatched
  • All deliveries are made with a courier and require a signature
  • Sara C insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you

Our delivery services:

  • UK Next Day Delivery - Available all week excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays: £7.20
  • UK Next Day Saturday Delivery – Available for orders placed before 1pm Friday: £10.70
  • International Signed For – Delivery between 3-7 days depending on country: £13

The following are details of our UK Next Day Delivery service:

  • If you place your order by 1pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day
  • If you place your order between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday you will receive your goods on Tuesday, unless you want to pay for a Saturday delivery

Overseas Orders:

  • Sara C does not charge any customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Sara C
  • While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Sara C


Returns Policy

At Sara C we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. No exchange is available on sale or promotional items, however you can exchange for another item in stock.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 7 day period at and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item to the same value. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded. 

We do not refund initial postal charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.


Our return policy is simple, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item to Sara C for an exchange or refund, we will do our best to make it as easy as we possibly can for you.

Naturally, we do need to make certain stipulations: all returned items must be in new, unused and saleable condition; that means there are no marks on the item or wear on any of the tags or labels. We cannot accept any non faulty items that have been worn, washed or tags removed. 

We are happy to refund the amount you paid for the item purchased excluding the cost of postage from or to our premises.

To make it straight forward you will need to contact us first in writing by emailing us at to let us know of your decision to return your item and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).


If your item has been ordered in the wrong size and an exchange is required, this is no problem but a delivery charge will unfortunately be incurred. 

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative one, please email us for Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order, and to ensure that the size you need is available.

Again all returned items must be in new, unused and saleable condition, as we cannot exchange used goods.

How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return or exchange an item you will need contact us by email to let us know of your intentions and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we may refuse your return if this procedure isn’t followed. 

Please ensure you enclose your original invoice with the items you are returning along with a note giving the reason for the return or exchange. Pease enclose the item in the sealable bag it came in and send back in a secure package to the below address in it’s original condition with all packaging intact. The RAN should be written on your original invoice and on the package. 

For UK customers, a Royal Mail return label is included inside your packaging, which needs to be attached to the returning parcel and then dropped into an official Post Office. Although extremely reliable, this service does not include insurance to the value of the goods. Please ensure you obtain further insurance or use a Royal Mail signed for service for additional protection. The parcel remains the responsibility of the consumer until they are received back by Sara C.

Non-UK customers will need to pay for their items to be returned for a refund, and are responsible for any import/export charges, clearance fees, levies and duties.

Please mark clearly on the outer packet ‘UK Returned Goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed.

We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods

We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.


All items must be returned to us following the guidelines and conditions above before a refund or replacement is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of a customer not making all reasonable efforts to allow our postal service or courier delivery service to deliver in accordance with their and our terms and conditions. 

Refunds will normally be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation. All undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card excluding shipping charges unless faulty. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs relating to packages returned by our carriers as 'non-deliverable'. These items may also be subject to a handling charge.
